COVID-19 Total Active Cases In River Oaks Increase To 145

River Oaks reported another 10 positive COVID-19 cases today for a total of 459 confirmed cases since tracking began with 4 more recoveries for a total of 313 estimated recoveries and 1 death that now increases the total active cases to 145. Meanwhile, today Tarrant County is reporting an additional 1,401 new COVID19 cases for a total of 90,440 confirmed cases and another 11,611 probable cases surpassing 100,000 total confirmed cases at 102,051 of which there were 6 more deaths today for a total of 849 that have now died in Tarrant County since tracking began. A total of 72,017 people are estimated to have recovered. The 7-day average positivity rate is at 14% in Tarrant County meaning 14 out of every 100 tested is positive for COVID-19. As of Monday, 18% of all hospital beds are occupied by COVID-19 patients and 24% of the occupied beds are being used by Covid-19 patients.

Statewide today there are over 1 million confirmed cases up to 1,184,250 with 976,517 estimated recoveries. Today statewide there was reported another 15,182 new cases with 170 deaths for a total of 21,549 fatalities being reported statewide since tracking began. There remains to be 188,984 estimated active cases in the state of Texas. The specimen collection positivity rate statewide is at 11.338% and 14% of total hospital capacity is COVID patients. The United States has over 13 million cases at 13,696,060 of which 270,369 have died. Worldwide there are over 63 million cases at 63,679,175 of which 1,476,949 have now died according to John Hopkins University statistics.
