2019 Tax Rate Adopted

On September 5, 2019 following a legal public hearing duly published in accordance to law, the City Council approved Ordinance # 1245-2019 adopting the 2019 Tax Rate of $0.674516 per $100 of property value. To calculate your 2019 city property tax : property tax amount = ( rate ) x ( taxable value of your property ) / 100. For example on a $100,000 property value at the tax rate of $0.674516/$100 the tax would be $674.52. See enclosed Ordinance adopting the 2019 tax rate.
