River Oaks Police Press Release

On 04/23/17 at approximately 2:00pm, Officers and Detectives with the River Oaks Police Department arrested Nathanial Samples, 17, Brandon Stubblefield,17, and Joshua Sweatman 17, in connection with the homicide of Carlos Pizarro that occurred in the 5100 block Penrod Court in the early morning hours of 04/21/17.
