Last Call For Water Plant Tour

The River Oaks Water Plant is scheduling a tour for Wednesday, February 25th at 10:00 A.M. If you want to participate you will need to submit the enclosed participant affidavit signed and notarized to the city hall by Friday, February 20th AT 11:30 a.m. Because the plant is a high security facility, it will require a signed Participant Affidavit and back ground check before being approved. Persons without pre-approval, will not be allowed access to the plant.
