Matthew Tatarko filed a Certificate of Withdrawal from the Election as Place 3 City Council Member Candidate on this date, September 15, 2025 with the City Secretary. Because the ballots are already printed, even though he has filed a Certificate of Withdrawal, his name will still appear on the ballot.
