In an attempt to help address the numerous complaints of unwanted circular deliveries city-wide, enclosed is a link that you can open, fill out and submit back to us that we in turn will forward to the distributor to hopefully help stop deliveries to those that don't want it. Once you submit the form, it will go on in an excell file in order to track the addressees that desire to opt out of the service.
